Donald G. Burkhard has degrees from the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Michigan where he earned his Ph.D. in Physics. He has published in the field of molecular physics and in the field of optics. Since his retirement as Professor of Physics from the University of Georgia, he has been exploring a new approach to physics via a study of the role of the Pythagorean Theorem and the resulting Clifford Algebra in determining the structure of nature. The resulting conclusions are shared in The Pythagorean Theorem and Physics.
